Carpet cleaning is priced per area cleaned. An area is defined as a single purpose space up to 300 sq. ft.

Basic package: Open areas moving only small items; includes vacuuming

Standard package: Moving most furniture with exceptions clearly noted; includes vacuuming and air movers to speed drying

- Halls – $10 up to 20 linear feet

Upholstery cleaning services receive a 15% discount if scheduled in conjunction with carpet cleaning.
Restrictions
All prices per area are based on a standard area size of up to 300sqft. Any area greater than 300sqft, and/or combination areas/rooms are considered two or more areas.
Prices apply only to owner/tenant occupied residences.
Prices are based on light to moderate soiling conditions. Cleaning heavy to extreme soiling conditions can require multiple cleaning methods to achieve satisfactory results and will be priced only after an on-site inspection.
Moving of Furniture: All Bright technicians will move regular sized furniture, clean underneath and return it to its previous position. The following are some items that will not be moved: Entertainment Centers, Computer Desks, China Cabinets, Water Beds or Oversized Furniture. In addition any valuable, breakable, or fragile items should be removed from the tops of furniture before the time of your service.
Spot & Spill Warranty: Services that include the application of Scothgard Protector will receive a bottle of spotter at the time of service. If something is spilled on your carpet that will not lift with the application of the spotter, we will come back and clean the spot (not the room). The following are not covered under this warranty: Urine, Pet Accidents, Blood, Nail Polish or Mustard. The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of service at which the protector was last applied.
